Hdfc millenia closing

I have HDFC Millenia Credit card. I sent two or three request mails to customer care to convert it to LTF. But they rejected my request.
I am holding SBI Cash Back CC.I am thinking to close HDFC Millenia. Please provide your views. Is there any category where millenia beat SBI Cash back?

I've closed my 10 year old card for the same reason.
