I heard somewhere u get 7 percent in amazon and flipkart ...

I recently got my Millenia cc with limit of 2.4l. I have not activated it till now. I have few questions :

1. When I applied for this card, this was card was showing FYF (salary account with HDFC). But when I received the card this is not mentioned anywhere. How can I confirm this ?
2. Also there was an offer showing if you apply for this card without any agent, I will get 1500 voucher. How can I confirm this ?
3. Considering I recently got this card, can I apply for tata neu infinity card as well ? Is there any cool down period ?
