HDFC Millennia DC upgrade to Platinum DC

TF Buzz
I have been using HDFC Millennia DC which I got with my salary account. Recently I was offered to convert my A/C to classic banking program and I did that. In the classic banking program, I am eligible for a Platinum DC with its fees waived off. Now I have two doubts:

i) Will the new Platinum DC be free as offered in the CB program, because when I contacted my PB, she said the fees will be levied if I upgrade my DC. Upon this, I contacted HDFC customer care through e-mail and got a reply that the fees will be waived off, and even if fees is levied, I can ask the bank to refund the charges. (This discussion took place on a phone call, to which I replied that I want all this in written as a reply to my e-mail but they have sent no reply).

ii) What will happen to the pending reward points that I have on my millennia DC for the past 3 months if I upgrade my DC? We are yet to receive the reward points from the month of June. (On this, the bank employee had no clue, first she said that it will be lapsed, then she said that "vo to aa hi jayenge")

Platinum DC is free in classic banking, if you get platinum after classic program updating then you won't be charged. Even if they charged, it will be reversed, some people got millennia too as free in classic even it was charged card for classic.

You will get that points and you need to redeem within the time, if you won't redeem that will be lapsed.

ii) You will receive all your pending rewards and you can redeem it any time even when you use platinum card. But Millennia loyalty points should cross 400 to redeem.

*I cancelled Millennia card on December 31st and received all pending rewards by March 31st. Any way there is a shortage of 31 points, so I can never redeem it and it will expire within some months
