HDFC Millennia Debit Card code

Hii so I went to to my local branch for opening of HDFC savings bank account but there the branch manager told me that I cannot open online instant account but I have to go through the offline process........ in the offline process when I demanded for the millennia debit card to be issued......... he simply was confused because he didn't know any code which he can write up to issue that specific card...... I am attaching the image for the reference....... kindly please help me out with specific code for millennia debit card..... also he told me give any reference mobile number or account number to see the code for the millennia debit card

You will get Millennia DC with regular savings account. If you get something else then request for new DC from HDFC app

You can apply Millenia dc through Netbanking or mobile app
