I have ran into a problem. If anybody has any idea about this please tell me.
My bill was fully paid and was in negative of 384. Still I paid 7k extra from by kotak 811 app via upi bbps. Now the money has been deducted from bank but hasn't received by hdfc cc. Kotak app say money has been successfully sent to hdfc cc. Now I don't know what to do. I don't where my money is with hdfc or with kotak or with npci. Asked hdfc they said they can't tell as money is not showing and kotak is saying it will submitted to hdfc and if not will return in 3 days.
Has anyone experienced this kind of situation. If yes, how may days does it take to resolve the issue...

New update - Well, HDFC bank credited 1% cb on ASSPL merchant name.

Now HDFC bank ask amazon order details & print out (Amazon order details e-print out), you can get from your Amazon order history.

HDFC support team will manually verify and credit the 5% cashback.

When you send the email also mention that -

Almost 50% to 60% of Amazon transactions made through the RuPay network and Millennia RuPay credit card network come under the merchant name ASSPL & different mcc code, which is not enabled yet for 5% Millennia RuPay Credit card cashback.

So, talk to your Amazon partner and add the merchant name ASSPL and this mcc code to the 5% Millennia RuPay credit card cashback, so that no one has a problem in the future.

So I don't have a bill for this for manual method of cashback dispute. Milega bhi toh paise घुमाने ke karan se mere naam peye bill nahi hoga. So 5% ya 1% mil rha ispe ?

Ordered a product worth Rs 247 on Flipkart using UPI payment method.
I immediately cancelled it and got refund of Rs 240.( no refund of 7 rupees platform fee ).

But in refund amount merchant name is different( UPI-Pine Labs Pvt Ltd), no mention of FLIPKART.

My question is , they will deduct same 5% or 1% or 0% cashbback on refunded amount as FLIPKART merchant name is not mentioned in Refund amount?

Maybe the refund came through a different UPI ID and the cashback will not reversed.

A few years ago, Axis refunds used to come via IMPS and the rewards weren’t reversed either.
