Can you guys suggest me how can I upgrade and get LE offer on this
Using Hdfc moneyback+ , hdfc Swiggy and tata neu plus with shared limit .
I can't provide salary slip or income documents for this .
Suggestion required from you guys .

If you have Savings Account with HDFC and can maintain a balance in it , you’ll have to close all your hdfc cards and wait for pre approved offers.
This is the only way if you don’t have income docs.

I have hdfc account and maintaining a good amount but don't want to close hdfc Swiggy because I think it's hard to approve without income documents .I luckily got this

Most people with Moneyback / Moneyback plus are stuck with it for years without any upgrade and hardly any LE offers and the card is almost useless...I was stuck with it for many years but eventually got an upgrade to Millennia, I would not recommend to close it , if it your oldest card and only core HDFC card, Try to keep the card in use and reach out to HDFC for an upgrade, There is chance they will give you the option to upgrade

LE alone doesn't make much sense for Moneyback, which still remains useless.

I was teased by HDFC for 10 years with periodic LEs on my Moneyback, but no upgrade offers except once, to a paid Moneyback+ from my LTF Moneyback !

I refused of course. No other upgrade offer ever came my way again. This is some bank!

I got an upgrade almost after 10 years!!! Try writing to HDFC and inform them current moneyback is not very useful for you and you would like some options

I have written many times, with no result. I don't care anymore, because I have much better cards from other banks now, some of which I had obtained based on my Moneyback! So, at least it was useful that way. 🙂

Similar condition
Initially I have given option to have iocl or easyemi card and I chose easyemi with 42k limit then after few months of usage and I was given limit enhancement from 42k to 53k in another few days I was given upgrade offer to moneyback plus LTF. I upgraded or i thought upgraded to moneyback plus because it was LTF unlike previous one and no hassle to cancel emi for every transaction done above 10k.
I did hold UPI card for a while as floater which I closed based on TFC member guidance. Now thinking of closing my mb+ card too. However I chose not to close now because iam not spending heavy amount on hdfc savings account this may hinder getting good pre-approved offers

Unlike my case you can't close because of your floater cards like Swiggy &tataneu. If you don't have these then many ppl suggestions in this forum would be just close the card and spend more on hdfc and it's debit card and trigger pre-approved offers

I am preferred banking customer with HDFC, so as per preferred banking program I should be eligible for some premium credit cards.

I used this criteria and complaint to RBIO and they upgraded my Money back card to Millennia FYF

No harm in trying if you have Preferred or Imperia banking program

Same in my case too.

I’ve been holding the HDFC MoneyBack+ Credit Card for the last 4 years, got it pre-approved with a ₹50K limit. Since then, no limit enhancement, no upgrade offer, nothing. Clean track record, always paid on time, never missed a due date.

Based on this MB+ card, I also got Tata Neu Plus and Swiggy LTF cards, still no sign of a Millennia upgrade. Tried over 10+ times—mailed them.

Also, in these 4 years, all I got were loan offers—which I don’t even need.

I’ve also been maintaining a good balance in my HDFC savings account for 4+ years. But still, nothing.

Now I see people in forums suggesting to close all existing HDFC cards and wait for a fresh pre-approved offer, but honestly, but that doesn’t seem like a great solution either.

I understand that the Swiggy card offer a similar or even better reward rate compared to the Millennia card, but I still prefer to have the Millennia card.

If anyone has had success upgrading from MB+ or Tata Neu+ to Millennia without going through this courier mess, please share how.

Yeah no point closing. Same for me with swiggy ltf.

The problem is, it is my oldest active card with a perfect payment record. It also has the highest CL of all my cards, and is my only core HDFC card.
.
How much the credit score will get affected if we close the oldest card?, I was checking on the Cred foresight option and it indicates I will just lose one point! Which can be easily reclaimed and I have also heard that closing the card after ten years does effect the credit score much...Not sure how much of it is true
