HDFC Netbanking new portal with downgraded UI

After almost 4 months of trying to add credit card in new UI, we finally wrote a strongly worded letter to infinia support.
Then they asked us to write an application for it but instead we replied strongly suggesting they might have to check their end for approving pathetic new UI rather then asking customers to write an application.
After 2 emails, Infinia support added the card in profile from back end and now it’s showing in new UI.

Does new portal show classic/preferred badging? If yes, where will it show up?

Its not there as of now.
I asked to the bank folks, they sent me form by courier & the same need to be filled & signed & handover it to bank folks. --> They will send it to their credit card department & then your work will be done.

Is your credit card showing in the netbanking/mobile app while doing bill payment like FasTag recharge?
If yes then take screenshots and email cc grievance to link your cards in netbanking.

But I had opened hdfc max savings account and from starting I have exact portal like you shared screenshot above.

The new ui has definitely made me appreciate the old one lol. But, for me Axis still has the best app and netbanking for now.
