You can check debit card points in new UI also. Click on Pay -> Debit Card -> then on your listed active debit card. There you will see your points.I cant customize my login id

You need to send signed documents to your bank. They will forward it to their credit card team.any idea how to link existing cards in new UI along with loans? In old UI, its easy to do with 'register card' or 'deregister card' but in new UI no option to add existing cards in that website links UI.

I'll pass and suggest this person to use mycards then or link these cards someone who still has old UI in family. Not comfortable to do xerox work in 2024.

1st you need to ask your RM to send docs via post
2nd you need to sign those documents & send or handover to your RM
3rd your RM need to send those documents to credit card department.
As I am from Hyderabad all these process took just 3 days to me.
Better visit branch only --> for me my RM did.Ok, this needs RM but this person has savingsmax, so no RM yet. Still standard variant. Branch contact saying to visit and fill the forms, email says visit branch. Then have to wait till upgrade to classic or above to get RM and hopefully they know about this instead saying visit branch or send courier.

Good for them.Guys, seems like they had already dropped the Idea of rolling out the new substandard netbanking UI. They are working on an entirely new netbanking and mobile banking UI.
