@SSV bro, I too received points yesterday for my statement generated on 2nd but not accurate. What can be done to get it resolved?

I got 10% ( correctly ) on my electricity bill..
Where did the calculation go wrong in your case ?

In any case you may ask CC whom to write about this.. ask phonepe also

My Total spends for last month were 10700. On UPI 4500 and for utilities 6200. I got sms today for 101 RP but in MyCards, 146 points are added. So no clue where did it go wrong, as it doesn't make sense anyway.

Note :
I never had any normal hdfc card before.
My first ever HDFC card was infinia metal LTF and hence not familiar with hdfc points redemption system

Unredeemed Reward Points will expire/lapse after 2 years of accumulation
If the cardholder opts for redemption as Cashback against statement, there will be no redemption fee levied.

Points would be redeemable post next statement generation. But minimum 500 points required for redemption.

can you please share if you did utility transactions with card details or upi ?

In November, all utility transactions done through UPI and again received 10%

That's great. Lucky you I must say, as I didn't get any RP for my utility transactions. Though I've mailed to HDFC yesterday, Lets see what happens.

Received 10% points for mobile recharge and gas bill via UPI. But not for my electricity bill payment via OTP.

Customer service responded that the points are correct per "the terms and conditions" - have escalated this.

I think everyone is better off paying with UPI as long as we don't get a proper confirmation from HDFC since their MITC are improperly worded, not worth gambling the whole 10% for some decimals worth of percentages.
