HDFC Phonepe Ultimo vs SBI Phonepe Select Black

I want a second opinion on which variant to go for.

HDFC Phonepe Ultimo

1. 10% CB for bills and recharges upto 1000
2. 5% CB for online spends upto 500
3. 1% CB for other spends upto 500

SBI Phonepe Select Black(note that all are combined at 2000 and not for each)

1. 10% CB for bills and recharges upto 2000
2. 5% CB for online spends upto 2000
3. 1% CB for other spends upto 2000

Both offer complimentary lounge access though SBI is offering one international lounge access.

Not sure if they have merchent restrictions for online spends. Anyone with either of these cards(or both?) can confirm.
