i’m not getting cashback points on my platinum dc for Cc payments from 19th July 2024 onwards. Is it because of switching to bbps?. Is it happening with everyone or just me. When I reached to hdfc support via twitter they’re throwing generic responses with MCC codes link. So are we screwed with this new transfer, Making Platinum DC most useless card?

You said u havent received cb points on cc bill payment using ur hdfc platinum dc,
but you havent said us , BY using WHICH platform you paid the cc bill.
Hdfc net banking or any
3rd party app(if somention the name in reply)

Also update the status , does you received it or not.

can you please guide me how to utilise all 750 rs cashback using hdfc platinum DC every month apart from cc bill payments.

You can pay utility bills which will count under 1% cashback (unless you have better cards instead)

I'm not sure what to answer, you asked "any other way for utilising 750 cashback except cc bill payment"

Another person replied you with a possible option.

Now you are saying, you have amazon pay for utility. Are you looking for some jugaad way to get 750? If yes, then it's not possible.
