HDFC platinum debit card 1% cashback not received

I had paid my ICICI Credit card bill using HDFC easyshop platinum debit card on 22nd January, but I haven't received the cashback points yet. Before that on 13th January, I had paid around 20k bill on the same ICICI card and I got the 200 points next day itself.

As far as I know we have a monthly cap of 750 points so I should have received points for this transaction as well. Can anyone confirm if we can pay bill for the same credit card multiple times in the same month or is it 1 card only 1 payment will be considered in a month.

Also what should I do, should I contact customer care as I have seen in technofino forums not to contact HDFC regarding this or they may remove CC bill payment cashback for everyone.

It took over a week for me. Just be patient. As long as you pay using bill pay and select debit card, you will get it.

I did a payment on 29th Jan i got my reward point. Even i am waiting for the reward point for the transactions done on 31st Jan.
So i believe its a delay in their system lets wait patiently we should get.

As informed after a week i got my points credited today for 31st Jan transactions.

Even I have not received

Usually I receive cashback first (1-2 days) and then I receive payment received SMS from Axis CC(3-5 days)

This time even after receiving payment received SMS from Axis CC still cashback is not received

Finally received now. Missed by 0.01 to get to 250. Will 1rs payment give cashback? Or it has to be minimum 100?

Also, does this count under January or February 750 limit now?

Pay CC bills under HDFC Bill Pay option under Cards section either in thenApp or net Banking using Platinum DC ( not using accoint)

Pay CC bills under HDFC Bill Pay option under Cards section either in thenApp or net Banking using Platinum DC ( not using accoint)

Make sure you select your Plat DC under Pay From option..

Then you will receive your 1% CB ..
