HDFC Pre-approved cc portal not working for me

It's been more then week now, I am getting this error every time I login to hdfc pre approved cc portal with mobile no. and dob.

I have tried clearing browser data/cache
Tried logging in with other devices
Net banking was logged out every time.

I just tried and I'm able to see the cards I'm eligible.
But need to check whether CIBIL is hit or not tomorrow.

most probably there will be a hard enquiry.
now asking RM is the only option

I mailed to hdfc, they sent me a new link.

They're offering pre-approved money-back plus with 50k limit, I am not applying.
Do they provide regalia or DCP LTF online or C2C?
