I applied & got approved on Nov 15 2023. I raised an email to hdfc why I didn't get 1500 unassisted voucher.
They say hdfc employee assisted me hence they will not give.
But I applied on my own through netbanking as it was pre approved.
Is there a way to give evidence.
I have the application form hdfc sent.
Would there be an employee code or verbatim which proves i applied unassisted?
