HDFC REGALIA GOLD CC APPLICATION REJECTED

Hi team,

So I am not an HDFC Customer and applied for regalia gold cc. This would've been my first cc as I don't hold any other cc yet. My app got rejected but the reason stated is "encountered a challenge while verifying and validating your identity through our Contact Point Verification process". I've forwarded my query to redressal dept and waiting for their reply. In the meantime, I also applied for tata neu and swiggy hdfc but they got rejected on the reason that you already have an ongoing app in HDFC so they'll only issue once my previous application is decided.

About me, I am a freelancer doing wfh, 36lpa, no office in India, resident of delhi. I think as it was my first cc application, I made some errors: wrote myself as self employed, gave my office name as my own name, gave my own address as office address. Idk I feel that was the rejection point. Till when can I reapply for the same? Do you think the redressal team will be ready to amend my application and process it if I negotiate well? I really wanted a cc this month bec going on a holiday next month and had a great opportunity to earn points. Thanks!

Yeah you already know your have given wrong information plus NBT to the bank + cibil is NIL. So hdfc won't approve you cc at all. You have ITR for sure! So after 6 month apply via rm if you need cc from hdfc cause it will rejected even after you Have provided wrong information and only rm/bm could get it approved through his power. Till then apply for fd cc/ any pre approved offer in any sa/ca you hold with other bank? If not gey idfc fd/icici fd. Mostly secured cc and use for 6 month and then try.
