HDFC Regalia Gold LTF

I got call from an HDFC bank executive, who told she will get me A HDFC Regalia Gold card for life time free. I have asked for written confirmation of the same on my email from their official HDFC mail id. But is it legit, can the card be given for LTF? I never had a HDFC card before, I don't even have any relationship with HDFC Bank before this, I only had a Bike loan running with them which was closed off 3 months ago. Should I trust this and apply for the card?

I remember someone else being offered the same in the forum but never seen anyone with Regalia Gold LTF.
Probably an agent who will promise anything but you'll get charged later!

I have received it as LTF. When I applied through the portal, it was shown as FYF. But during the process, they mailed saying it is being offered as LTF
