Regalia Gold HDFC Regalia Gold - Milestone benefit issue

I had to spend 30K before 28th Sep to get 5000 smart buy voucher as milestone benefit and did transaction on flipkart on 26th Sep.
The transaction date was 26th but it posted into statement as 28th Sep. Now that amount is showing in the next year benefit cycle and not in the previous year cycle.

Emailed hdfc cc, but of no use, they are saying settlement/posted date is considered and not the transaction date for milestone benefits

Any solution for this?

Had spent almost 7.2L in the year and didn't want to lose that 5K voucher just because of 30K, so spent that on flipkart.

Bad luck then,
mailed to grievance team aswell to see of they can do anything.. but looks like gone case..

They have finally generated 5000rs smartbuy voucher... may be from next time shudnt wait for last date....

During July 1000 cb on 6 ,500+ transactions offer on regalia gold, I did most of transactions on the last date. May be last 2 transactions after 11 pm. 😅
I still got the 1k coupon.

i think you didn't get because milestone rewards is of higher value.
