Regalia Gold HDFC Regalia Gold - Milestone benefit issue

I had to spend 30K before 28th Sep to get 5000 smart buy voucher as milestone benefit and did transaction on flipkart on 26th Sep.
The transaction date was 26th but it posted into statement as 28th Sep. Now that amount is showing in the next year benefit cycle and not in the previous year cycle.

Emailed hdfc cc, but of no use, they are saying settlement/posted date is considered and not the transaction date for milestone benefits

Any solution for this?

Had spent almost 7.2L in the year and didn't want to lose that 5K voucher just because of 30K, so spent that on flipkart.

Exactly facing the same issue of Spend value being reset on the SmartBuy portal for my Regalia Gold Card.
Is there any positive update from the customer care on this? I see a lot of users are facing this issue.

The thing is this is the new portal. iam still in the old portal. and i have regalia not gold

I tried the smartbuy portal of regalia. as i dont have the gold. but i am unable to see wether i acheived the milestones or not.

I was able to find someother thread and found a way to see it in the mobile app. Cards then redeem rewards then my rewards and spend based . thanks @Sobirvs @akiratoriyama

So, I complained abt this on 28th Mar. HDFC asked initially for 2 days, then 7 days, then 10 days, and now they are asking to rectify this till 1st May. Omg. What a shit bank HDFC is. I went to escalations, redressal team, and even PNO. All repeating the same. Haven't complained to RBI yet.

Now, finally an update on 17th apr (yesterday) I noticed is, HDFC putting a red notification text on smartbuy, finally acknowledging that there is indeed an issue spend milestones.

I wish I could sue HDFC, they make us suffer for so long, for what? 5k flight voucher and 1.5k voucher (quarter bonus)? What a shame. I had to put some hold for upgrading my brother's card from RG to Infinia. He has reached 9L spends criteria but no fun upgrading if we lose on to previous benefits of 6.5k bonus.

Bro, I would suggest grab infinia.

They are always changing upgrade criteria, so if they offer then grab it.

You can extract more benefits after getting infinia.

25th Apr is auto debit for previous month. I'm thinking anyways this coupon thing is taking time, so might aswell wait for auto debit. Once auto debit is done, then spends which are paid will be 8.3L. Current outstanding will be 1.5L (which will auto debit on May 25th). I might not wait till may 25th, but will wait till 25th april. I don't want to give HDFC silly reasons to decline the request. They might still decline even after 25th Apr though as current outstanding will be billed on 5th may and auto debit on 25th may and I'll be doing another 1.5L spends, easily crossing 10L. I don't know, let's see.

I'll take the plunge after 25th Apr I am thinking, and hoping hdfc will consider outstanding as spends too in their 6 month criteria.

They did say they increased for even 10L limit. I have seen few people who just recently upgraded this month only with 8L limit.

Generally with 8L limit and 9L spends, they 90% of the times approve it.

Let's hope for the best but as per my knowledge for this financial year they increased to 12 lacs

Well yes and no. The issue was caused on around 26th March. I have been tracking all the progress since then. So anything before 31st march, the spends amount has been fixed. My brother's correct spends should have been 7.6L but twas showing 7.1L. Anyways, that has been fixed and he was able to claim 5k voucher BUT spends still aren't showing correctly since the anniversary year. My brother's should be 9.2L but it shows 7.6L even now.

My spends personally are 3.2L but it shows 1.1L so annual spends still aren't 100% fixed hence why smartbuy still has the warning for annual milestone correction.

My wife is facing the same issue for a month. Now Jan to March milestone is fixed and she is able to avail the voucher. However annual milestone count is not fixed. It is struck at some value. Hope it gets fixed soon.

HDFC customer care is still mailing that she has not done the spends 🤦
