HDFC Regalia Gold Truly LTF??

I am a long term HDFC Customer and today when I checked my pre-approved cards, Regalia Gold is showing as Lifetime free. But when I click on details. It shows spend waiver. Please confirm if it is truly unconditional LTF or conditional based. Please check images.

++ to above posts, this only happens in HDFC, so don't apply same rule or doubt on other bank cards where if they show LTF its LTF.

For some other HDFC cards, the card becomes LTF if the user spends a certain amount within 90days of activating the card. May be this is also something similar. Check with HDFC folks, get a confirmation and then you can apply.

I got RG in Aug 2023 have spent close to 5.2L in 7-8 Months, and maintaining a preferred account with 5-6L MAB for a year now.
They rejected my request saying that “it is only issued as a priced card”.
