HDFC Regalia to DCB Upgrade

Hi, I have a Visa Regalia LTF with 6.6L limit and I am getting DCB upgrade offer on app with 10k annual fees.
I wanted to ask the community if the upgrade is worth it now after DCB devaluation? Or should wait and ask for limit enhancement and Infinia upgrade?
Also can I get DCB LTF if I am not from the premium institutes?

So I took the bait & upgraded. I've few questions if someone can help in answering:

1. The Card anniversary starts from the day of activating the card ?
2. For international lounge access, is it mandatory to download the DCB club app & register with the same ?
3. How does international lounge access work with add-on cards, don't think they have to register with the app ?
4. Finally, does the Regalia card pin get applied to the DCB as default or I need to set the same ?
