HDFC reward points unable to redeem

I am a new Millenia CC holder. Got 5% cashback in the form of reward points from spending on Amazon but I am unable to redeem the points in my statement although it shows redeemable. It says min Rs.500 reward points are needed for redemption. I am new to HDFC CC & don't have any HDFC bank A/C.

Accumulate 500 points by spending more and then redeem.

Yes,min 500 & max 3000 can be redeemed in a month

Yes you will get 5% cashback for GV purchases.

In net banking, Go to cards -> credit cards -> click on redeem reward points -> select your card you will be navigated to a new page
Check how many points are there. If there its showing more than 500 you would be able to redeem them

They didn't give any options to redeem in login with credit card it only shows for netbanking for that we need to have a account hdfc

I don't have any bank account with hdfc still i redeem the reward points everytime just by logging in with credit card only net banking

It's not available on mycards but one has to generate login ID,password & by login using them one gets the option to redeem.

In the first picture it says credit card only login and then in the second picture it says register here

Note that you will be charged Rs. 118 for every redemption. So redeem strategically than redeeming every time you accumulate minimum required points.
