HDFC Reward Points

Hello everyone
I have a question to ask regarding Reward points on my HDFC Regalia card. I recently recieved a SMS saying that 10,000 bonus points have been credited to my account as part of milestone benefits. However when i checked the points balance on netbanking it doesnt show the additional points. Then i checked via HDFC chatbot and it shows reward points in two categories:-
1. Redeemable reward points
2. Accumulated reward points
I have never redeemed a single reward point till date, so accumulated can not mean all points accumulated till date.

Does anyone one know what this means and what should i do to redeem all the reward points.

Accumulated points will change to Redeemable Points after statement generation

Wait for statement generation, will get credited post that and then can use it.
