Hdfc rupay cc bill payment failed using hdfc platinum dc on mobikwik

I tried paying my Hdfc indian oil rupay cc bill on Mobikwik using hdfc visa platinum dc.Money was debited but after few minutes when I checked the bill payment was showing as failed.Amount was 1518rs.
Anybody facing same issue for hdfc rupay cc?
Also, Mobikwik showing the refund from icici credit card, I don't know the reason.I don't trust mobikwik.I guess, I will have to fight with mobikwik for the refund.
