HDFC said getting a card LTF through c2c is stopped. Is it true?

Paid a visit to the branch near my home to get HDFC Millennia LTF through c2c. The person in charge said that the bank has stopped providing cards LTF for last 6 months and suggested that home address and work address can't be same. The application would be rejected.

Is this true?

I've had already bad experience with this branch in the past.

I got Regalia to Regalia Gold LTF upgrade 2 weeks before, and still i saw many of my colleagues getting LTF offers on millinia, regalia gold. If you maintain salary account and your org comes into top tier category they will offer LTF for sure.

Not really I had seen product pricing PDF this year in July and cards below RG were available as LTF in that. Attaching herewithView attachment 67141

Regalia Gold Thread 'HDFC Still Offering LTF Cards for C2C?'

Came to know from friends that they have got HDFC cards as LTF in Feb and Mar 2024 when they applied through C2C process. I think I was a little late to the party, I asked around to few agents I know. They are saying LTF offer was only limited time offer during Financial year end.

Is that true? Or do I still have any chance of getting HDFC card as LTF through C2C? I don't have account or any previous relationship with HDFC. I have ICICI card with 5 L limit and Axis card with 3.4 L. Was thinking to get Regalia Gold card if I get LTF

That becomes conditional and depends on your negotiation skills
Before, you were guaranteed LTF when applying
Now, that is not an assured thing
