HDFC shows Exclusive Offer to upgrade Regular Account to CLASSIC

Today, checked this in offers section in my 10AMB regular savings account. I have 1L from 2-3months max and that too may go with AMB 70-80K in last 3 months so not 1L everytime. Anyone have any idea if should i claim this offer? any charges? i can't confirm to keep 1L every time. there could be anytime i will withdraw in urgency.

should i go for it?

Never miss good opportunities. As far as I know, they don't charge if you don't maintain required balance and they may downgrade your account
