I tried booking today but at the last moment an error occurred. Payment has been cut. There is no info even in the failed category about that reservation.
Very bad experience with new interface.
Interface change hogya hai but DNA wahi 3rd class HDFC Bank wala hai.
Able to book a ticket successfully now. No new charges. Saved cards are still not working. So it will show Rupay gateway and then we have to enter card details manually.
I tried to book a ticket with 6 people and after clickinmg for payment, it says "some error occuured", This unprofessional error itself talks about hdfc class. I then directly booked with IRCTC
Folks I am trying to book a ticket using SmartBuy train option but after entering passenger details when I click on proceed it keeps saying something went wrong.. Anyone knows how to solve this issue?
