HDFC Smartbuy multicity booking

Hi all, has anyone managed to book multicity trip from Smartbuy? The portal books two oneway tickets which is costly. I tried calling concierge and one agent a couple of weeks back told me they can book multicity trip from their end at reduced cost (similar to cost offered by EMT on their website). I did not book the tickets then as my travel date is in May next year. I tried checking again today, but the agent had no clue. He kept quoting the price we see on the portal. Any insights? Thanks!!!

ah I only did pure revenue tickets with single pnr but if you get that far, dont see why they won't let you use them. I had used diners.black email. Sorry was a while ago.

ps. checked now, I sent itinerary pdf to concierge from matrix ita and they shared payment link (within 1 day) for the same.

Yes points can be redeemed. I have asked HDFC and they confirmed. It took me half an hour explaining to 4 concierge agents and they finally understood the problem.
Too bad the flight I was looking for increased in price by then. Oh well
