Infinia HDFC Smartbuy Orders taking forever.

Ordered an iPhone 17 Green Sage from Smartbuy rewards portal ( it was OOS almost everywhere else ) and i wanted to burn few points ( +16% back on major cash amount ). its been around 20 days, still not shipped . Raised the issue with Infinia Concierge a few times, they promised to ship by 24th October, still not shipped.

I have used rewards portal for apple products like 10 times, always ships the product in 1/2 days. lmk if there's something i can do to further escalate the issue.

As you already checked its oos, then let it come back to stock then you will get it.

Second thing you can do is to cancel the order

Will they deliver it at communication address or permenent address?

Hi, I'm in sort of the same boat. Can Infinia Concierge actually help here? Is there any other support number to contact. I ordered the iPhone 17 Mist Blue last Sunday and aside from a message and an email confirming the order, there's been no update.

Never place any orders for OOS (Out of Stock) on online portal it takes ages, and hdfc will never communicate if the stock comes or not.. It becomes a bane on the person who placed order..... You can yourself see the concierge is useless, concierge should be assisting persons to get it asap or contact the seller to expediate, concierge means in general anything to fulfill wishes of the CC holders.... this does not work well in india.... Even Amex concierge in india is a not upto mark as in US my 2 cents.

Concierge didn't really help at all. Asked me to wait a couple of days to get the AWB from BlueDart after wasting around 20-30 minutes over the weekend.

Woke up on Monday to a message that the package was out for delivery and was delivered around noon. So all well in the end, but the lack of any sort of update during the entire process was disappointing.
 
I ordered iphone 17 around 2 weeks back and it was delivered within 4 days.ordered on Monday,got it on Thursday.
As far address is concerned it is shipped to default adress as per your credit card
 
offtopic but I heard on social media that blinkit gv's via smartbuy/gyftr will be sent as "gift card, with pin and gv number" compared to "vouchers" that we used to get earlier which didn't have much flexibility.

I tried to buy, hoping to receive gv rather than voucher via infinia, but looks like smartbuy still are sending vouchers rather than gv's, anyone has any idea?
