Infinia HDFC SPC Approval process guidelines for INFINIA DCB Regalia Gold

Wrong.

Branch manager > Cluster head > circle or zonal head > branch banking head.
So for deviation if Branch Manager/RM are not supportive for Infinia, you have so many hoops to jump. Don't think BM would take so much effort if he has real incentive to facilitate it for you. So it is easier to get to that 7.5 L spend then request for deviation.

Yep...branch managers start ignoring you the moment you ask them to take an approval - they get scared sht of hearing approval from BBH. It's the toughest route.

Which route ?
Ulip ?
If so there's no shame in it ,many have taken that route ,and for them it made sense

Well I tried all path to get the infinia first and I meet all the criteria except the limit, which was stuck at 6 lakh.

All possible routes available on the web from last 1 year, was fed up and was contect with the Diners Black metal card.

However I was losing out a lot due to it being diners and not visa and my spends easily justify even the paid infinia.

I personally do not recommended the ulip route to anyone but measuring the losses due to dcbm I was taking in a year, i took the ulip route.

Please do your own research, I highly do not recommended this route just for the sake of the card.

It was a 2l Ulip.

2pakh per year?

Tell me more ,
2L one time
Or
2L per for x how many years ?

Btw as i mentioned earlier, there's no shame in biting the bullet ,if ulip made sense fir you then more power to you
definitely not one time.
2L for at least 5 years...that's the general terms in ULIP, not just those sold by HDFC RM, but industry wise as well. 5 years of payment term for 15 years of policy.

I am not ashamed for taking that ulip or talking about it, but I do not want to promote this method. Neither I want people to think that this is the only way.

There are other ways, which should be first used and only when can't should go this way.

2Lx5 yrs, 25 years term

Plan: HDFCLife Smart Protect Plan-LU

Also there are many RM who will promise getting the card using this route and at a later stage say that it's not possible, where u will be stuck with a ULip and no card upgrade.

So do not suggest this to anyone, unless all options tried already.

If anyone thinks "I'm this guy!" .... There is another way... Get CL increase based on FD (90% amt). A 3L FD would suffice in this case.

Get the card first and then purchase the ULIP or worst back out if that doesn't make sense to you.
They would not entertain this and will say that they need to quote the policy/application no in the approval email.
Worst case scenario is, you get 30 days feelook period and you can cancel the policy with a loss of few thousands - they deduct some charges which are clearly mentioned and standard practice.
