HDFC Credit Cards Hdfc spend based offer

I guess depending on spending pattern they set the limits. If you regularly hit 1L then they 'sy increase it more like >2L

Also sometimes they send the offer after we spend a big amount in single swipe
Prob is I have infinia since may 2025. Almost more than 4 months and never got offer. I fear it might be something to do with me unsubscribing their newsletter and offers.
 
An update: I finally received the Rs.800 worth vouchers for the April 2025 spend based offer late yesterday after a month of complaining, escalations and follow up with HDFC Bank.

The process was laughably manual. They emailed me a password protected Excel sheet that contained a list of things including the URL to the redemption portal and the user ID to the portal. I had to login with an OTP which then showed me the vouchers. I opted for BookMyShow. @Shaktimaan V2.0 @2025

Now it is time to start fighting for the May 2025 vouchers. 😩

The saga continues.

I raised a complaint with Grievance Redressal saying that I didn't receive the Rs.1500 spend based offer voucher for May '25, on Sep 4th itself.

Since then I received three emails from them saying they have investigated the matter and that I am eligible and the vouchers will be sent across as soon as possible and that it will take time since it is a manual process.

And in the final email they have asked me to "click the link below" to access the voucher. Only that there is no link there or anywhere in the email.

I replied to them asking where the link is. For that they have now registered a new case and will give an update by September 25.

I immediately escalated it to the PNO and got another automated email that they have registered yet another case and will give me an update by Sept 22.

Goddamned this is so draining and frustrating. Half of my life is going fighting with HDFC*ck Bank.

I am so done with HDF*Ck Bank and their useless credit cards. I actually feel sorry for all these people standing in line to sell their souls to get Infinias.

Sir we have registered your case please wait until 2 october because its birthday but we will reply of 7 because thala for a reason.

I have another update.

HDFC is very proactive once you complain to the PNO. They have today reverted with another email that contains a link to the vouchers. They swear that the earlier email also contains the link and I somehow missed it. Talk about victim blaming, but anyway. I got the link and that's what is important, right?

The link looked strangely incomplete (the URL ends with a '=' without any parameter). I clicked on it and a page opens asking for a voucher code.

What voucher code? I don't have any voucher code. They should've sent me one right?

But of course the email contains no goddamn voucher code!!!


AAAARRRRGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! &^$%$@&!!!

I have now written ANOTHER email to the PNO asking for the voucher code. Included a screenshot of the email so they cannot blame me this time.

I am at a loss of words. Seriously. I mean, how can a bank be THIS incompetent!!!
