I applied for the HDFC Swiggy Credit Card, and the KYC process seemed to go smoothly. A representative visited my home for verification, and I even received a follow-up call from HDFC to confirm if someone had visited my residence and whether they asked for money.
However, shortly after, I received an email stating:
"We regret to inform you that we are currently unable to proceed with your application no. 24J24D81069190W7. The reason is that we encountered a challenge while verifying and validating your identity through our Contact Point Verification process."
I’m confused because I believe I provided all the correct details for verification. Has anyone else faced a similar issue? What should I do next to resolve this?
