HDFC swiggy credit card is not eligible for 10% instant discount on present Flipkart sale

I have HDFC swiggy credit card but instant discount not shown for present Flipkart Sale. Family member's HDFC swiggy credit card also the same result. I have done 3 Flipkart transactions by 2 Millennia credit cards & 1 Tata neu credit card with 10% discounts but HDFC swiggy card is not working for 10% discount. Kindly check your Swiggy card...

I asked flipkart on call they said some cobranded cards are not eligible for offer. I even asked then why it is not mentioned in t&c. They said even if it is not mentioned in t&c if discount is not getting applied then it is not eligible.

Don't ask on call the customer care don't know anything you have to email or Twitter for that. If hdfc has written that swiggy credit card is also eligible so it should be eligible.

No you are wrong millenia is also cashback card but included for sale discounts hdfc does not exclude any card for offer

Millenia has very selected number merchants for CB unlike Swiggy.

Also Paytm HDFC card also not giving 10% discount . Tried on some mobiles but not giving discount. But regalia gold/Tata nue/ Marriot bonvoy cards are getting 10% discount .
Not sure who is responsible. Flipkart customer care is telling its based on seller .

There is no case for exclusion of paytm hdfc card because that is not a cashback card then also so I think this is technical fault not excluded.

But in terms and conditions Hdfc Bank has written that all credit cards are eligible for discount except corporate cards. As you said Tata NEU which is also a cobranded credit card provides discount on flipkart. As we all know that SBI cashback card also not provides discount on sales but SBI write in terms and conditions that SBI cashback card is excluded from the offer. But here HDFC Bank written that eligible for all cards so it should also apply offer on swiggy credit card. But it is not providing. When contacted to HDFC Bank customer care email they also said that swiggy card is eligible for discount but on flipkart not providing.

But when I tried to use my Tata neu, Paytm hdfc and of course the swiggy hdfc all 3 came useless and didn't give me instant discount for my purchases

Flipkart said that swiigy card is not in list of bin received from bank for this offer . So not eligible ,
