I am extremely disappointed with Swiigy. I had placed an order today, which was not delivered. Instead, I received the wrong package. I called Swiggy, and an agent named Sunit, joined the chat window. I explained the situation & he asked me to share the picture/images of the order I received. I did share it twice.. He kept asking me to elaborate desire of elaborating it multiple times. He then offered a refund, on collection of the package. I agreed to the same. Since the order was not mine, I did not pick up the order from the doorstep. Later when I went to pick it up, the package was missing. I informed the same to the agent. He refused to support me. He questioned me on what basis should he now give the refund. I requested him to call the agent & check if he had picked up the order realizing he delivered dit to the wrong address. I went I enquired with all my neighbors if they had picked dit up... Depsite of insisting the agent SUNIT to call the delivery boy & check if he took back the package, he refused. He was accusing me of claiming wrong delivery & insisting on a refund as well.. While I was explaining the agent, the delivery boy came, apologies to me saying, he delivered the wrong package. He gave me the right package & said he had already taken the old package that he delivered to me by mistake...
I was on chat & call with this Agent for a very long time.... The agent could not understand my query & did not support me in finding a solution. I tiered to help him resolve the issue.. But he refused to take my suggestion as well. I am super irritated & frustrated with SWIGGY service.
