HDFC Tata Neu Plus Credit Card

Hello everyone, recently I have been issued the Tata Neu Plus Credit Card. While applying it was shown lifetime free but after receiving the card and emailing HDFC I got to know they issued it only first year free. I forgot to take the screenshot of lifetime free while applying. Can anyone share me the screenshot showing lifetime free please? It will be great help!
