HDFC Tata nue infinity add on card application

I am trying to apply for tata nue infinity add on card for my mother, but on netbanking when I apply, it shows "Unable to Process your request based on internal checks". When I talked to RM, they said HDFC has stopped issuing add on card for co-branded cards like Tata Neu. What should I do?

You can apply through branch, that's what I am doing for my add on application. Hopefully it's approved
