Hdfc Tataneu card disabled (Solved)

Tata Neu card disabled and when tried to reach customer care and on entering credit card number, it says invalid number.
On Tata Neu App it says "Your card is under temporary block as per Bank policy".
Anyone having same issue?

Strange they have blocked my card as my transaction at Simpl found suspicious and now they are unblocking my card after raising concern with them. ideally i should have received call for verification which didn't happen.
