Help for failed cash deposit on sbi ATM!

Last week, I tried depositing 7500rs cash on my sbi account on SBI ATM which is just beside SBI main branch in my home town. While doing the deposit, error time out displayed on ATM screen and the cash got stuck inside atm, amount not deposited to account.I had given a written complaint on the branch on the same day.But the amount is still not deposited on my sbi account.
Should I wait one more weeek?Can anybody help?

Ask status of the compliant by mailing to bank branch email.

Later no resolution in 10 days then complain to nodal
