HELP FOR IDFC CREDIT CARD

Hey guys.!

First of all let me give a short background of mine

I am self employed having an ITR of 7 lakhs and cibil score of 780

I had already taken 4-5 consumer loan from IDFC then last year they offer me pre approved personal loan which I took

My problem is whenever I try to apply credit card on their website they only show FD card why??

They offered me loan i took the guy came for verification from this it can be tell that my pincode is serviceable

The most probable cause would be ur area is not serviceable
U can check this with your nearest branch or cc team on call
Try with different pincode they don't ask for address proof
And some other factors may also be the reason for rejection like no.of loan accounts and utilization etc

I have office address and residence address same I got the room from company so can I apply idfc or what problem in can face in varification
