Help Linking ICICI Emeralde Private Metal Add-On Card to iShop Portal / Internet Banking

Hi everyone,

I'm facing an issue with linking an ICICI Emeralde Private Metal Credit Card (Add-On) to the cardholder's account for use on the iShop Rewards Portal.

When I try to add the card to the ICICI account, it throws an error saying: "This is an add-on card".

How do I go about this and make sure I get accelerated rewards? Can I simply pay using add-on EPM card and I will get accelerated rewards?

Why do you want to add your add-on card?

For the accelerated points you can simply use your primary card or add-on card to pay. There is no requirement to add the card.

Yes. The card linking is only required to redeem the points in the booking.

Anyone still facing Ishop login issue?
I use to login earlier but suddenly it stopped working for me and taking me to the old flow of NB stating the service is unavailable
I dont know what to do. Tried changing browser/ phone/ internet- everything and have sent ISHOP team a email also- looks like they also dont have any idea
