Help me Decide Good AC for my Home - Query & Discussion

I am planning to install two ACsin my home before severe summer heat begins.

Location: West Bengal
Approximate Temperature During Summer: 40-46 degree
Floor: 1st floor ( 3 storey building, Ac will be installed on middle floor)
Direct sunlight falls in the side wall of the room

For First AC
1. The Room is : 11X12. Sqft Should I go for 1.5 ton AC or just 1 ton will do the job?
2. The side, we have to pass through the outdoor unit pipe, There is attached bathroom and a storage bunker over the bathroom.So, two holes need to be done there. First one in the room wall, second one inside the buker wall. ( Rest 3 walls; installation not possible)
Will the installation team agree to do that?

For second AC:
3. Room Size is 13X13.6 Sqft. Should I go for 2 ton AC or just 1.5 tom will be enough?

Now , finally Which brand/model/star rating should I go for?
Approx daily usage: 10 hrs .
Please suggest Brand/model with good after sales service, long durability and less power consumption.
Budget for 2 AC: 1Lakh (+-10K)

Please suggest models with best possible price, I will first compare online price with best possible credit card offer, then also go to offline stores to do some bargaining with them. So, if I know the best possible price, it will be easier for me to negotiate.

I am totally newbie and didn't use any ACs till now. So expert's advices are most welcome.

go for Inverter AC. But those are expensive. For 2 ton go for Mitsubishi or O General AC. those are best in the market

O general and Mitsubishi are 20-25K more costy than LG/Daikin/Panasonic/Carrier/Voltas.
Do they offer that kind of durability, cooling and after sales service for the premium paid?
If yes, then I will buy either one of the two brands.
If anyone using those two brands please confirm.

These two brands anlong with Hitachi are gold standard especially in commercial segment where usage is heavy hence their presence is the more in that segment. If usage is minimal to regular then regular brands make sense considering if one is targeting replacement in 5-8 years of span.

After doing bit research, I have came to a conclusion. I will buy Daikin ( Second preference is Panasonic).

In Amazon and Flipkart: every electronics item has negative reviews. I have read those reviews for most of the brands and everyone is saying don't buy the particular brand. If we consider those reviews available in internet today,we can't buy a single item from a single brand ( may be some people have received some defective items, but majority have no problem).
Before ordering online, I will go to Reliance Digital, Chorma and Great Eastern showroom to discuss the price of O General and Mitsubishi. And If they match Daikin/Panasonic's price with Flipkart/Amazon, I may buy from there.

Please know that Amazon and Flipkart Reviews are also biased. Sometimes, people just go for buying from the seller with cheapest price, and pay for it later. Always buy from Amazon Fulfilled or Flipkart Advangage tagged sellers.
As per service, it totally depends on the local guy who has taken the contract for that AC Manufacturer.
In Rourkela Odisha, Samsung is the best, we have two 1.5 tonne AC, no problems, apart from cleaning those dust covers, which I do myself, once every year when I visit my parents.
Now I live in Bengaluru due to work, I bought a Voltas AC from Flipkart. They installed it after raising 4 installation requests, and after 7 days of getting the AC. Because Voltas does not have its own service team, they just hand out the contarct to local people. This is BAD.
So, my advice is, call the AC customer care, ask them if the service will be provided by their own people, i.e., on Daikin's Payroll, or some third party whom they have given a contract. Other than that, Any 1.5Tonne AC, with a good quality Copper Condenser, Inverter AC, for less Electricity Consumption, is Good. I would ask go towards the higher Tonne specs as your Kolkata gets too hot and humid, so a weak AC will have to run a long time to effectively cool down, i.e., more Electricity Bill.
