Infinia Help me on creating path to get Infina credit card

Hi folks, below is the my HDFC relationship

1. Classic salary account with 1.6L net credit salary to account
2. Regalia gold credit card with 5.85L limit ( every month ~1.5L spends )
3. Personal loan of 15.5 ( 10 L outstanding)
4. 5L fixed deposit.

Help me guys how to get infinia credit card. What I have todo.

I can’t use DCB much as its acceptance network is limited. So, planning to upgrade infina directly. Though it take 6~12 months timeline I’m okay with that.

It will not be easy for you to upgrade directly to infinia, no matter how good your relationship is, it is infinia brother🤣

1.5L pm regalia gold mein phuk derahe ho, isse ache dcb mein phuk do 1.5L pm, infinia equivalent reward rate mil jayega, dinners acceptability offline transactions jayda kar rahe hoo kya!??

I suggest you to take dcb instead. Offline acceptability could be an issue in smaller cities. Still overall you can get much better return that RG.

To get infinnia you need to increase you cl to almost twice and spend 7months salary in 6months just on the hdfc cc.

if this 5L fixed deposit is with hdfc, then email greviance redressal to put a lein on this fd to increase your credit limit. They will give you 80% as limit for the FD so if you put it in on the entire thing you will end up with 9.85L limit. Your spends are just enough to qualify for Infinia so after you get the limit extended, you can easily initiate the upgrade process.

If you don’t want to put a lein then the only way is for your RM/BM to obtain a limit waiver from the Branch Banking Head to process your upgrade which is a pain in the ass.

To everyone else trying to be a smartass, if you don’t have an answer for OP’s question it’s better to be quiet instead of spewing bs in the thread.

Hi. As shared above, you need to spend 9 lakhs in last 6 months and have 8L+ limit. Send your income documents to grievance.redressalcc@hdfcbank.com and request to increase limit. You'll keep getting Auto LEs throughout the year with high spends.

If you have 9L spends in last 6 months, otherwise no point. They will reject it 101%

Since your spends are already reaching 9L, chances are they might offer INFINIA provided they increase the CL on your card.

Best is to mail CC directly for increasing the CL.

Once CL is increased to ~7-8L mail them for card upgrade giving some cool down period.
