Help me out with HDFC card upgrade!

So, I have a LTF moneyback + credit card (which was actually my first CC ever) along with swiggy LTF and neu plus LTF. So, I have been getting the upgrade offer from HDFC to upgrade to Biz Grow FYF, which I obviously refused. But today amongst all the stupid upgrade messages and scam emails for loans against Cc, I saw a glimmering hope of an upgrade to Regalia Gold.










Now, mind you, this inbox line has mentions of my CC number XXXX and spends on other messages (precisely 2 messages up), so I have definite evidence that it was provided to me specifically.

But now when I click on the link, it redirects me to that stupid Biz Grow card again.



Now, my question is, can I use this message as a tool to get regalia Gold Cc? As it “seems” like I was promised RG on my message personalised specifically to “me” but was instead sent Biz grow cc?

It just says “Your Upgrade awaits. Enhance your experience with HDFC bank’s Regalia Gold CC” So, likely not LTF

With the screenshot and time of message send email to grievance requesting for upgrade. That might just to the trick
