Help needed for Yes bank credit card

Hi guyz , today I received my yes bank elite card , today when I try to add my card it's saying that incorrect details, but previously I hold an yesbank byoc card , and deactivated the card when ever I try to login via that old cc it get logged in. But I can't able login via new card how can I fix that thanks in advance

Okk bro , but now I received a mail for application letter which is a one that I closed card what's should I do now

Guyz they mentioned that the card is active but I can't able to see in the app nor can't able to verify via cc details showing that try from your registered mobile number but it's my registered mobile number
