[Help Needed] ICICI Mine Account Auto Closed – Now KYC Issue Affecting Credit Card Offers

Hi everyone,
I had opened an ICICI Mine account in January 2021, but due to some personal issues, I couldn't complete Full KYC or VKYC. As a result, the account was automatically closed in January 2022.

During the one-year period when the account was active:
  • I took a FD-based credit card in May 2021 (₹10K FD with ₹9K limit).
  • Later, in October 2021, I got an ICICI Amazon Pay credit card with a ₹2.2L limit, so I closed the FD-based one.
  • After that, I took 2 more ICICI cards using the shared limit facility.
  • Over time, my credit limit increased to ₹5L.
Problem now:
I’m not getting any offers like credit card upgrade, Coral Rupay, or other benefits in the iMobile app or ICICI site.
When I go to Cards > Apply Now, it shows this error:
"Alert: Your request could not be processed as your KYC verification is incomplete. We shall be able to process your request only after successful completion of KYC Verification. Please visit the nearest ICICI Bank branch."

But since I’m not interested in opening a savings account again, I’m not sure how to complete KYC just for the credit card.

Has anyone faced a similar issue? Is there any way to complete KYC for credit card-only customers without reopening a bank account? Any tips or guidance would be really helpful.

Did you try in their rekyc portal .
