Regalia Gold Help needed - Regalia Gold LTF

Hello,

Currently I hold HDFC neu infinity LTF

I contacted my RM to get Regalia gold LTF (at least FYF)…. Initially he asked my employer name, it is there in their corporate tie up list…. Asked my salary… and then confirmed that I will easily get Regalia gold LTF

However, today he is saying I can’t even apply for regalia gold (even paid) as I’m using neu infinity

I reached grievance redressal and PNO mailbox, they are also with same stance, though they haven’t disclosed the reason!!!

Should I close my existing neu infinity and take a chance for regalia gold offer?

Please suggest!!!

They do lot of drama regarding this core and floater card concept

Yes its a core card and if you have tataneu card, chances of approval are like 100%

So I was in the same boat. Had TN Infinity as LTF and wanted Regalia Gold. But I was rejected thrice because apparently HDFC does not give you a core card if you have a floater card. So last month I closed my TNI and applied for Regalia Gold. It was declined first and then I contacted my RM. It took good 3 weeks but today I received my Regalia Gold card. Now I am just looking for ways to get TNI as LTF again. That was a great card to hold as I spend a good amount of Tata Neu app but I was wanted a core card so that I can upgrade it to Infinia in future. Also, applying offline for Regalia Gold while holding TNI won't work as well. Been there, done that. Just another heartbreak.

Don’t you think TNI is also at par with regalia gold unless you are not a “point nerd” bcoz I am planning to get TNI and I also hold regalia gold LTF ??

at par? TNI is a fabulous card. Better than any other card in some cases. But I did want a core card too. And yes, I am going to reapply for TNI in a few months and will try to get it converted to LTF as well.

It’s on my wife name as she is working in a big4 and also has a good package. It was offered as LTF and limit offered was 4.9L

I have heard the same narrative. Probably they gave a lot of Regalia LTF in March

Same issue with me, opened a Salary account with HDFC with 1.2+ credit in Nov 2023

They promised for ltf regalia gold, but while applying, they rejected mentioning I have a TNI Cc, and asked to apply after 6 months (cooldown period).

Now on applying previous week, I hear from my RM that LTF offer has stopped for salary account, only FYF is allowed.

Raised this to L3 but got rejected. Shall I mail the PNO or take the FYF Regalia gold (also the chances for ltf afterwards?)

There is no C2C/C4C. I have HDFC SALARY account using morethan 8 years. They cheated me 3 times and every time they gave different cards. Fourth time i got frustrated and sent an email to MD, Pragrao about the cheating. They have initiated the LTF Regalia Gold card since it went to MD escalation desk.
