1. Chargeback is basically complaining to bank and asking them that money has been debited but services haven't been provided.

This site is a good tool for smaller types of complaints. This site is also the reason none in my family ever got/get any calls & messages from HDFC/Bank/Insurance/Loan/Card.
It actually lost some of its teeth after other complaint mechanisms were initiated.
