Hi. I applied to Indusind legend card which was rejected in April. Post that an agent / employee from official Indusind bank again mailed that i am eligible for the card. I asked them that my card was rejected and there is a waiting period, but they said that it will be approved.
I shared all documents with them. However, their portal said need to apply after 6 months only. There was no extra cibil enquiry.
I already complained to them about how can a bank employee through his agent take my details when he knows that my card will be rejected. I complained the same to indusind pno. They mentioned that data is safe with them. However, i have started receiving a lot of unsolicited calls from credit card from different companies post this.
Can i raise this complaint to rbi? What proof would be required. Indusind has acknowledged that they took my details but they mentioned it will be safe. Anything i can do here?
