On 6th april l, My fi account was charged debit card amc fee twice of 235rs.I opened fi full kyc account back in 2021.
I raised this issue both on chat and email.Fi replied me the charges were for 2022-23 and 2023-24.I replaced my fi physical debit in 2022 as it was lost.Replacement fee showed in Fi app was 0 in 2022.Any physical debit card issued before 2023 was free until March,2024.
Then how can they charge me Fi dc amc fees for 2022-23?? Kindly help for this matter.
