Help regarding HDFC credit card limit enhancement and upgrade

Hi, I have hdfc titanium times credit card with limit of 1 lac rs. I want upgraded credit card with limit enhancement. I emailed them my income documents based on which they agreed for limit enhancement. But they said unable to provide Infinia metal credit card. Please suggest me which other card should I demand. I want Infinia ultimately. This is screenshot of mail received.

Nahi denge wo. Aapke dukh pe mai bhi dukhi hu. Mere bhi sath same prb hai. Maine to RBI Ombudsman me complaint thok di. Thori idher udher ki baatein likh ke. 1.5 month se case chal rha hai. lol

Hi there, it seem you're new to cc industry and directly want to skip queue and get the best cc in term of value. You need good salary of 3 lakhs p.m credited in hdfc salary account and alumi college would help. If that not a case. You can close the card and apply after one year cause as per recent trend , infinia is invite only cc and you can't just provide income doc without any existing relationship with the bank. If you have imperia in your family, ask other family members to link yourself in that family program. Then you can try after one year with heavy spend.

Yes in this second post he did mentioned. But limit LE from 1 lakhs to 8-12 lakhs would be still difficult.

change communication address to serviceable address. give relative or friend address. For existing ac holders, there wont be physical verification (99.9%)

Update: Got today limit enhancement from 1lakh to 6 lakh. But no credit card upgrade offered. I think I will have to shift all my spends on hdfc smartbuy platform. Then can ask for upgrade to higher variant. Am I missing something here ?

You need 2 lakhs more of you take some kind of investment through RM then only he can make infinia upgrade possible.

But I have seen one thing particularly. Whatever nrv or banking relationship you have with hdfc, those people won't provide upgrade if you don't spend using hdfc credit card.

Yup, NRV don't count in HDFC. You need to spend on their cards and then you can ONLY request. No confirmations anywhere.

You need 2 lakhs more of you take some kind of investment through RM then only he can make infinia upgrade possible.

I have useless RM who keeps pushing me for fd. I have already made one which I am planning to cancel. I think I should negotiate with him for Infinia upgrade.

Will wait for few days and try via RM route for Infinia upgrade.
