My first post on the community. Thank you for doing this!
So long story short, I applied for the SCB Ultimate card through their website last October end. After two rounds of document submission, mobile-Aadhaar re-linking, verifications, and two hits to CIBIL that brought my CS from 800 to 753 I was left with two application numbers but still no card. I was then informed at various times that my application(s) was both approved and rejected. Later they again said they can not issue me the Ultimate card but I am eligible for any other card. Yesterday they said the card is approved with a CL of 5L. Today they say the card cannot be despatched due to a "technical issue" and I need to reapply! After three months!! I complained all the way up the PNO in between but they are least bothered giving untruthful replies such as they are not issuing Ultimate card anymore and so on.
What should I do? Risk another hit to my CIBIL or complain to the Ombudsman? Thank you for your advice.
